1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Booking & Payments

Appointments must be booked through our website or approved channels. Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services when necessary.

4. Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. All appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are subject to a $50 cancellation fee if a card is on file. Late cancellations without a card on file may still be subject to a fee at our discretion.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Clients must provide access to the property, ensure a safe environment, and disclose any known hazards or cleaning preferences prior to service.

6. Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing damages, unforeseen consequences of cleaning services, or losses beyond the scope of standard cleaning.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion.
